Most projects are delivered within 24 hours of receiving your final script—so you can keep your timeline moving. For longer-form work like e-learning narration, we’ll agree on a schedule that fits your needs and ensures top-quality results.

To provide an accurate quote, I offer custom pricing based on the specific needs of your project. This ensures you pay only for what you need—nothing more.
Here’s what I consider when preparing your estimate:
1. Project Type & Usage
For paid media (e.g., commercials), please share the number and size of markets (local, regional, or national), the delivery medium, and the length of the run.
For unpaid media (e.g., narrations or explainer videos), include the script length (word count or runtime) and how long the content will be used.
2. Turnaround Time
Let me know your deadline so I can schedule accordingly and ensure timely delivery.
3. Exclusivity
If you require exclusive use of my voice for a particular brand or industry, this will be factored into the rate.
4. Directed Sessions
If you’d like to direct the session live (via Zoom, Source-Connect, etc.), just let me know.

Revisions (changes to the script after recording):
Re-Reads meaning performing 30% or more of the original script: Original rate
Performance Retake
Should you need me to re-record the performance for a different creative choice, I will do so at no additional fee on the condition that I be provided with clear direction as to the desired tone and tenor of the new performance. After this retake, any subsequent changes will be charged as Revisions as outlined above.
Technical Retake
Should retakes be required for pronunciation preferences that were not communicated prior to recording either by a pronunciation guide or otherwise in writing, these will be treated as Revisions as outlined above. Examples include “ish-ues” vs “iss-yews”, “shed-ule” vs “sked-ule”, “tom-ayto” vs “tom-ahto”.
When submitting a change request, kindly highlight the entire sentence that needs to be re-recorded.

Invoices are due upon receipt, with multiple convenient payment options available—including credit card, ACH/direct deposit, wire transfer, Zelle, and Venmo—so you can choose what works best for you.
